Customers can place orders either through our website or by calling an order in to 800-782-8200. We do not offer any COD orders or open accounts. Orders are paid for via Visa, Discover, Master card and American Express. Website orders also have the option of using Pay Pal.

WARRANTY/DISCLAMER

All sprockets are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Because we cannot control the applications of our sprockets, the buyer assumes any and all risk for damage caused to themselves, others, and or equipment due to any failures. No warranty, expressed or implied is made. Our sprockets are designed and manufactured to be used specifically on the models they are made for. Clearances must be checked before ordering different sized sprockets than what came on the machine. Chains are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s own terms of warranty. All products leave our warehouse in good condition, therefore if you receive an item that is damaged you should report it to the carrier or Sprocket Specialists immediately.

RETURNS

Returned merchandise will only be accepted with prior authorization. A return service label must be obtained within 10 days of receiving items. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special order, custom, Link Lock split, and sprockets stamped with a Z are non-returnable. Any sprocket 4 teeth over or under stock size cannot be returned.
